When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. When you use the platform, we store your account configurations, daily checklist progress, and notification preferences. Credentials stored in the vault are encrypted client-side — we never have access to the plaintext.
We use your information to provide the warmup.farm service, send task reminders through your connected notification channels (Telegram, Discord, browser push), process payments through Stripe, and improve the platform.
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Railway. Passwords and sensitive credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM on your device before being stored. We do not have the ability to decrypt your vault data.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Telegram and Discord APIs for notifications, and Railway for hosting. Each service has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use a JWT token stored in your browser's local storage for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. When you delete your account, all your data including accounts, checklists, vault entries, and notification preferences are permanently removed.
